Nice place! Would recommend to others

I've been here for about 2 and a half years. Generally I am pretty happy with it - wouldn't mind staying longer if not for my long commute to work now.
Pros:
- Big and roomy with tons of storage space.
- Real nice price! At the peak of silicon valley era it was only renting a 2/2 apartment for $1295.
- Water, electricity, cable, and DSL services are all more then fit our needs. Hot water comes in no time, never experienced a power outtage in 2 years!
- Management staff are reasonable. Nice manner and quick responsiveness. Don't deal with them much but generally liked them.
Cons:
- Way too far from the rest of the silicon valley.
- Lousy neighbors... sometimes I even hear people fighting in the middle of the night; Children playing and screaming all day long.
- Feels a bit unsafe when walking at night. Once I even saw a crazy-looking man smoking pod right in front of my apartment.
- Second car parking is a problem, especially if you come home late. Usually after 7pm would be on the street, after 11pm would be a few blocks down the other side of the street.
- Laundry gets crowded on the weekends.
I could actually go on and on about the cons, but most of them are really small problems that never really bothered me (except parking maybe). Overall I would recommend this place!
