I have lived here for about 8 months now and I am ready to move. This place "appeared" great at first. But that is what they are good at. Making it "Appear" like a great place to live. Yes, compared to what is around, it is basically a good layout for an apartment. First off, they don't tell you up front that you are responsible for water & garbage until the day you move in! Fishy isn't it? Then, the spiders in this place are unreal! I have never seen anything like it. There is also this strange "electrical" problem that no one has been able to fix. The wiring and cable is all screwed up here. I do have to say the grounds are very well kept and the maitenance people are very responsive but the problems go much deeper than that here. & Talk about Ghetto! I can no longer have any plants on my patio. Thanks to constant malicious vandalism, which management has seemed to be unimpressed with & does absolutely nothing about. Supposedly there is security which no one has ever seen. The parking lot is so noisey all night long & people just trash the laundry room. Granted the maitenance people clean up after the rude, disrespectful people that trash it every day but it does tell you about your neighbors doesn't it? I can't wait to get out of this place.
