so so From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/7/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I stayed here in a 3-bedroom apartment in the summer 2006. The price is right. No major issue with the apartment nor the management. I was a little surprised when I was sent the bill to pay for water and garbage disposal, as I was not informed about this by the leasing office before. The parking is tight, but you can always find a spot. So far so good. However, when I moved out, I found that they only returned us $20 for $600 deposit, even though I spend a whole day to clean the apartment. Even though I'm not happy with this, I didn't have time to argue with them to get my money back. Overall, I think it's a fine place to live consider the rent is a lot cheaper than nearby apartments. But don't expect to get your deposit back.
