not that bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/27/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   So, I lived in this apartment for one year. And I didn't think the management was as bad as the previous reviewers did. My roommates and I had all of our concerns addressed very promptly. However, like many older buildings, we did get a lot of noise from the upstairs, but that wasn't the management's fault. The building was clean, we never had any pest problems. This is definitely not the best area to live in, but it's also not the worst. If you're looking for a clean place at a low price, this is an o.k. place. Emphasis on the o.k., not great.
