Garden Glen Apartments

One year of this was enough to make me buy me own place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The units have no insulation...stifling in the summer; freezing in the winter. The management took my entire deposit for a stain on the carpet that was supposed to be replaced anyway. I took possession of the unit with this understanding and paid dearly for it. I spent four hours scrubbing my unit and making it tidy only to find out they take $200 right off the top without informing anyone when they sign the rental agreement. It took endless complaining from myself and other neighbors to get the management to do anything about a nocturnal neighbor doing very odd and loud things at three and four in the morning. I am very disappointed by how I have been treated by these people.
