This is he worst place I've ever moved to. I never complain from any place I resided in. Bu this one is horrible and it worths that I warn people from these theives. From these liars ....

I am sitting in the apartment now and sweeting to hell. The manager said it is cool here and never was hot. Since we came and it is hell. Very hot, can not sleep at night and impossible to sit in it in any time.

There is only a stupid celing fan that does not turn on unil you turn the kitchen's light on. What a stupid design.

It is pressing on us and can not breath cause i closed from the back and no air flows at all. Outside, weather is soo beautiful but once we enter the apt, it is the hell itself.

The manager is awful, does not come to office except when she wants to move somebody in who does not know the story unil afer he signs a one year lease and can not leave cause he has to pay 15,000 to leave. This is exactly why they don't accept but leasing for long periods because they know how awful they are.

Safety '!!! I lived in Detroit, MI which is the worst place in safety allover US for abou 3 consecutive years. I was feeling much more safe than here. Afer sunset, NO one in the street like a war or something !!!

Almost everyday a police car(s) comes to this complex or the beside complex (same management and company !!) to arrest somebody. Today, 4 police cars surrounded the next complex (same management) and arrested a person who looks a criminal living in that complex.

In this complex, garden glen (Hell glen), there is a guy who gets out of his mind from time to time and starts shouting and scaring people and especially kids. When I asked the manager, she said he is on medications but he is safe :-) How funny.

Almost all apts has at least one dog, I was shocked at the begening but now I understand it is a safety issue...

There is a pool and a tub that I will never use cause dogs go inside play in them all the time. And how safe it is to go in there ..

The doors have another steel door from outside that shows he level of safety here. But there is no inside lock. There are 4 looks in total on the two doors but, amazingly, have one key :-) Then why shall we have all 4. There is no inside look and you are not allowed to even have it. How safe I will feel when somebody who might have a copy of "one" key who can get into my apt.

I got tired from writing and will write again as I discover the situation here. It is weired and will see what other awful things we might see in garden glen rip off apartments

Unfortunately, I read the reviewres before I came but I thought people might get extreme and it is pretty good price as I am new to the area. But really, I recognised that I was fooled !! But I learned some lesson.

I just moved from here and although I hated it, I had a somewhat different experience than the previous post. This place requires a very low security deposit and has a low standard for credit reports which is why you can't expect much. The manager left right before we did. Now, they have someone who works more than these two complexes (the other being Fountainbleu Apartments) so she splits her time. That happened before, as a temporary solution, when looking to hire. The cops came, but usually for noise complaints. I never saw anyone arrested at the complex. Although on the edge of Willow Glen, the complex is in an area of apartment complexes, a church and an old folks home. Usually not the type of area at which people congregate after sunset. However, two blocks away, you are on Lincoln and there are plenty of people out and about. The place is a bad place, yes. Though there isn't what I would call, "crime" per se, there were a lot of noise complaints to which cops were called. I saw some pretty low-class behavior at this complex, but as I stated in the beginning, this is basically a place for people who may have bad credit/not much income to stay in VERY temporarily. It is affordable and safe though hot, old and small which can make it a rather frustrating place.
