Bad Management From: mrukstalis Date posted: 9/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Around March of this year, a new landlord bought the complex. He doesn't care about any of the problems and is a cheap man. There is only one person trimming bushes and with a manual trimmer. I complained for weeks and finally had to threaten to call the city if they would not trim the bushes that were invading my patio. The pool shows the same neglect. The people who work in the office sit by and let teenagers make out in the spa. I have even seen people having sex in the spa. I refuse to swim in the pool because it is almost always a yellow green color from the kids peeing in it. I have had a mouse problem twice this year. The children here are unruly and disrespectful. They all hang out in the spa in thier dirty close and cuse in Spanish all the time. Several neighbors blare music in thier houses so loud that I can't open my windows and study at the same time. They post all these rules and never enforce them. I also have a unit on the corner right next to Tully Road. I have witnessed at least three wreaks, at least one was a police chase and I hear and see police cars here all the time. If you park on the street, your car will get broken into. Several residents have had thier homes broken into and things stolen off of thier patios/balconies. The girls that work in the office get deffensive when I complain and ask why they don't enforce the pool rules. They told me if I don't like it here then I should just move. I am planning on moving out. If you want to be able to swim in the pool, have things fixed in a timely manner or have peace and quiet, don't move here.
