Someone is going to get shot or knifed over parking. From: Renter2626 Date posted: 9/12/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   It use to be that there was open parking on all the uncovered spaces. This was fine as there are more than enough parking spaces for ever one. However, they introduced a change where the uncovered parking spaces are assigned and you pay and extra $25. The problem is when you come home from work, you find some other car parked in your spot. The space you are paying and extra $25 buck a month for. Inevitably the reaction to this depends upon the person and the mood they are in. But after you come home from work a few nights and find someone parked in your place, anything could happen. Especially in this neighborhood where people do carry weapons. I think its only a mater of time before someone gets injured. Management need to see sense and change it back to open parking and add the extra few dollars to the rent.
