tenant of 10 yrs From: sleepingseraph Date posted: 10/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2004   I have lived here for ten years, and things here haven't been that bad untill lately. Basically this year. I hate this complex and i wish it would burn down. The company and owners of this place do not know what the hell they're doing. I don't think they've even owned a complex before. Why did they think that the exiting gate needs a remote' I get dropped off by my boyfriend who walks me to my door, and now i have to get dropped off at that damned gate, and walk(at night) into this complex. That does not sound any safer for the residents. A couple months ago they decided to repaint everything, and gave us a 1-2 days notice, when they could have sent the letter over before the weekend, instead of in the middle of the week, when people have work and school and can't remove their things from the balcony. I know there was starting to be a big issue with parking, so they said everyone who was parking inside the gate, had to have a parking permit, but there were still open areas. So if you had a visitor you could let them use your permit, and they could park inside the gate.(that sucked, but not that bad)Now we can't have anyone come over basically. Our visitors can't park inside the gate, they can't park outside the gate because thats for their "clients". Now no one can go into the gates with out a remote. what the hell are they thinking. If you're deciding on living here do not expect to be able to have a social life. Oh yeah and then there's the Thugs, loud music, scary groups of guys hanging out in the parking lot, People coming home late from the clubs with their radios blaring and the list continues.If i could move it would be different but i live here with my parents.
