Greentree Apartments

I Love It Here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I just found this website and I was totally shocked to see some of the reviews posted here. I know that the ownership changed a couple of years ago, so maybe it was bad before 2005 but since I have been here, I have no complaints with the management or any of the staff. I think it is wonderful that some of the staff speaks English, some Spanish, and one, even Vietnamese. The entire staff tries very hard to accommodate all of us (the residents) as much as they can within the powers they have. I can only imagine that they don't hear "Thank You" as often as they should for a job well done. I have lived in so many apartment complexes where people in the office were not friendly or smiling when I walked into the office, much less say "Hello" (to me or anyone else) when they were out on the property. But here at Greentree, I've even run into staff members at the grocery store and they are always saying "Hi" and want to know how I'm doing. I know that it's not just me since my neighbors have commented to me about the same sort of thing. I do have a few issues with some of the unsupervised children here but even that is getting better. I truly hope that more people who are happy here will find this website and spread the GOOD word about Greentree! I HIGHLY recommend it!!!
