Go live somewhere else From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/9/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I had numerous plumbing issues in my unit. The toilet is not properly facilitated and it continues to back-up spilling raw (yum!) sewage out onto the floor. Everytime it would occur I would notify the Apt manager and she would blame me as if I had something to do with it. This happened 4 times and I was told it was fixed only for it to happen again and again. It got so bad that I could not have guests over because the toilet could not take any solid waste. This also occurred with the sink in the bathroom where it would not drain, back-up and spill out onto the floor. This would happen even if I did not use the sink, so I could soak in the dirty sink water of my neighbor one floor up from me. By far the worst is the hostile, nasty demeanor of the property manager. Really I wish she would go run a prison because customer service is not her strong point; to say the least. I am not going to go into the numerous nasty exchanges I had with her except to limit this to the fact that life does not need to be that stressful. I am in the process of moving and if it were not for traveling a lot for work I would hve moved out years ago.
