I have been here almost a year, I would have to say living here has been great. We have a resident manager, but there are no office hours. You have to set up everything by appointment. It's a pain, but sometimes that is the way some properties are ran. It's like 1100 square feet and I only pay $1050 you can't beat that. I don't feel like I am renting this place when I am inside. It feels homie=) No guest parking, but there's parking close by. There are two bedrooms and two parking spaces. It' equal no more no less. When someting breaks it takes some time for someone to come and fix it, but the guy that fixes things has other properties to take care of. If you are looking for a beautiful home on the inside and you are low maintenace then this is the perfect place. I say this beacause don't judge a book by it's cover.
P.S. I reffered a friend to live here and they like it here better than AVALON!!!
