After the initial lease is up whatever your case maybe 1 year or 6 months, the rental agent will tell you they can't give you the same leasing term. So you are stuck with them raising your rate up every 6 month. I have gotten 3 rent hike in 18 month.
Moving in was a real pain. The carpet is dirty and rental agent promise to replace them before I move in. Of course it did not happen!
The maintaince crew takes at least a week to get the job done and when you call them about the work status they will claim that they don't have a work order for you.
