The apartment is nice, has nice features, but maintenance took a long time to respond. They also promised an over the stove microwave but in the 6 months I was there I never saw it!



I leased a 2bed apt a years ago for 1630 and it was a frightful comdey of errors. First we met with a leasing agent that was an airhead. She forgot the keys, forgot the apartment number, misquoted the price and so forth. The real issue was the day we moved in. Surprise, surprise.. there was a HUD low income requirement. Had I known about this prior to leaving a deposit I wouldn?t have gone forward. My roommate made too much and luckily I just made the requirement. Also the leasing agent had to retype the lease because she made 3 errors.. what a pain! My roommate couldn?t be put on the lease because of his income so it was just me. I asked for an addendum to the lease but the agent said it won?t be a problem. In fact there WAS a problem.



The leasing agent left or was fired soon after but the leasing manager wouldn?t admit that this had been the problem the whole time. She wouldn?t accept checks from my roommate and threatened to evict us. I can?t believe how incompetant the agent was and how rude the manager was. I feel Kimberly Woods made some grouse errors and tried to blame them on me. I was able to avoid an eviction (manager didn?t have a leg to stand on anyhow). I?ll never go back to any William Lyon?s Property. They are unprofessional, irresponsible and have made serious errors in judgement.



Best Advise... keep looking...
