Let me start off by saying that I have lived here for over 3 years, I own a BMW, my fiance drives a Mustang and neither one of has had our car broken, into nor have we ever had our apartment broken into. Thats not to say crime doesnt occur, it probably does, but my point is its not like its rampant as the previous post makes it sound. The fact that crime happens sucks, but the bottom line is that CRIME HAPPENS EVERYWHERE! It doesnt matter where you live. To blame management is absolutely rediculous. I'm sure they were not able to predict that your apartment would get broken into. If you live here for 2 years and cant wait to move out, then quit your complaining and leave.

I have lived in a number of other apt. complexes in the past and my experience here at Kimberly Woods has been the best by far. The office staff is friendly and knowledgable, maintenance is very helpful and you get alot of ammenities for the price. I have never seen the pools look dirty and its always been VERY quiet in my experience. Despite what some hysterical people might have you believe, this is a great place to live.
