I lived at Kimberly Woods for 15 months in the 2 bedroom townhouse, and on the whole it's been a good experience. I have had few maintenance problems. The major one being a plugged toilet on New Year's day - which was fixed that day, lucky for me.
The apartment I had faced north and was cool in the summer, a real bonus. But in the winter, it was just as cold. The heating vent is at ceiling level and it takes a while for the place to get warm. In my bedroom, only cool air came out of the heating vents, but if I left the bathroom door closed, the bathroom was nice and warm.
I didn't hear the neighbors very often. Not unless they threw a loud party - not very often. What I did hear, I think, were the pipes in the walls. And the fire engines from the station up the street.
Overall the experience has been OK and the people working there mostly friendly.
Oh, forgot some other things: The shower head was more of a mist than streams of water, but the pressure was good. The toilet bowl would tend to get black stains that looked like mold - when I was out of town for more than 1 week, despite the fact I would clean it before leaving. At one point I was gone for a month, and the toilet seat cover became kind of gross, too. The fuses in my bedroom blew easily if I was using electricity for 3 or more things.
But the place was large and had a lot of closet space. The kitchen was nice and big, too. And it was nice to have a fireplace.
