The apartments are nice (except for the nose level from neighbours faucets, bathroom etc). The community itself is nice and quite. But the good things stop there. The area is bad. We did not have a car broken into or anything, but in the 7 months that we lived there the gates must have been functioning for less than one month. And the area is bad. I have heard of cars being broken into. Maintenance (as exemplified by the broken gate) is very incompetent.
The manager 7 months back was nice and understanding. There are a couple of leasing agents who are nice too. But the new manager of the property is outrageous. Very unfair and arrogant.

Have lived in 5 apartments before. This apartment has the biggest pain in the back moving out issues. Normal wear and tear is not accepted. They don't paint the apt when you move in, but they will charge for painting when you move out. If you vacuum clean the apt that is not enough. You have to get a professional cleaner of their choise to get the cleaning done. If not you are charged a huge bill.

Overall a big No.
