Speed bumps are murder, but necessary.
We live right by the tot lot, it can get noisy, but we knew that going in, plus it's cool to have kids around. Michael Baines is friendly and natural, I felt very comfortable
whenever he was in the townhouse. We moved in right before XMas of 99 and the rent was exhorbitant, but the emenities rock.
Candace is as fair as she can be in this loopy market and exudes a strong hand over her domain. Service calls are always handled quickly , especially for a place this size. Kimberly Woods is a beautiful
place to live.Two major draw backs 1.) the water pipes in the wall are way loud, very bad. 2.) I'm a dog person.
