Simply put, one does not get what one pays for at Kimberly Woods. I
lived there for over a year with numerous headaches. Our cars were
broken into 3 times as the surrounding neighborhood is awful and the
security is a joke. You may think you are moving to a gated community, but
the gate is broken more that it is functional. This would also highlight
the inept maintenance crew, which left me without a dryer for three
weeks because they 'forgot to order the part' repeatedly. Lets not forget
the unholy 60 day notice required to leave this ghetto fabulous slum,
absolutely ridiculous. Lastly lets not forget to note the less than
forthcoming management staff. Make no mistake, management is not concerned with renters satisfaction but rather corporate's satisfaction. For the high rent, one can easily find something much nicer by
going a little South and away from the hood. KEEP LOOKING!!!!
