I have lived at Kimberly Woods for almost 1 year and I could not be happier. I live in a 1 bedroom which is bigger than most 2 bedroom apartments I have seen. The ammenities are awesome; fireplace, washer/dryer, central A/C , walk-in closet.

The grounds are beautiful with lots of trees and grass. Its hard to beleive you're right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of San Jose once you enter the gates. The residents are very quiet for the most part and there is a ton of guest parking which is quite rare as well.

The office staff is very friendly and helpful and the maintenance guys are prompt with any requests.

The only problem I have is I wish there were more weights in the fitness center.

Overall, Kimberly Woods is agreat place to live. The price is about mid-range, but for what you get it is well worth it.
