Good-
Maintenance responds quickly at least within the hour. I got locked out of my apartment and it took the maintenance guy 15 minutes to get out here. He didn't even charge me the $50 required to get back in the apartment. The apartment size overall is VERY spacious. The masterbedroom is oversized. The carpets were very clean when I moved in. Management was great to me. They worked w/ me as far as my rent. They didn't raise my rent within the 7 months I lived here. There's a lot of sunlight within the apartment! The balcony is huge and more than enough room for an apartment. Parking/Guest parking is convenient. No pain in the butt parking down the street. Pretty quiet during the daytime. Everytime I went to the pool on weekends there weren't too many people there. Doesn't anyone swim anymore' lol! The hottub is great! There are 2 pools. 2 Tennis cts. You can also bbq at the pool.
Bad--
The appliances arent so up to date. If you don't mind not being able to use the dryer while blow drying your hair due to a possible power outage in your apt. then this is an ok place to stay. If you don't mind big elephants walking around stomping, moaning, and groaning at 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, OR 4:00 in the morning this is an ok place to live. If you don't mind having to get your broom and bang on the ceiling this is an ok place to live. If you don't mind the police coming to the apartment caddy corner one weekend on a Sat. during the day. If you don't mind the neighbors brother across the way pulling a knife and screaming at 2:00 in the morning than this is an ok place to stay. If you don't mind hearing some girl run past your bedroom window screaming for her life as her crackhead husband runs after her then this is a good place to live. This happened 2x;s and you would think she would have learned her lesson the first time. All these drama queen episodes happen at random when you don't expect it and usually don't last more than 2 minutes. But hey what's life w/out a little drama' lol!
Yes I would live here again.
