It's not the worst place, probably has the same problems as most others complexs. A little expensive, but the floor plans are good (I'm in a townhouse). The laundry room really sold me.

The plumbing is not the best, noisy pipes, easily clogged toilets. Other than that, rarely any noise from the neighbors.

The pools are clean, but barely heated. The security gates used to be left open often, always broken, but they seem to have solved the problem for the past 6 months or so.

Management is spotty, they seem to come and go in the office. They are difficult to talk too, often out of the office on weekends, when most of us are home and able to stop by. On several occassions I was told I should make an appointment to come to the office.

Not quick to act when you discuss a problem with them. The two times I needed the maintenance staff, I had to fax in a request, after 3 weeks of waiting. After that they took care of the problem within 3 days.

They seem to find any excuse to enter the apartments, annual fireplace cleaning, bi-annual inspections, annual heater service, bi-annual garage inspections. I've never lived in any complex that was so determined to get into the apartment. Of course all of this is done during normal business hours, when most people are out.

Parking is amble on the front of the complex, never really been around the back. Lots of trees and sap if you park on the outer fence.

They do make you pay water, sewer and trash, and extra for a garage if you are in a townhouse (be careful they don't tell you that when they are talking about rent).
