We lived there for a year and couldn't wait to get out! The rooms are spacious and set up nicely and lawns are well maintained, but that's about it. All of the applicances were old. Fridge was old and leeky, but because it works they wouldn't replace it. Same with the dishwasher, it doesn't wash dishes well, but because it still works they wouldn't replace it. Air conditioning was terrible as well. We complained repeatedly, but 'so-called' experts said there is nothing wrong with our applicances. They will most likely try to turn this place into condominiums so they don't want to invest in anything. Candice is the only one with half a brain and she makes all the decisions. The other people that work there have no clue what's going on and want to help you but they just screw everything up. Every time you talk to someone you should write down exactly what was said and exactly who you talked to, because they are VERY disorganized. If anything goes wrong -paperwork wise, it's your fault because they are THE great big company and they don't make mistakes.
