I love living in this complex. The complex location is close to Valley Medical Center where I work and if u wk @ vmc then u know the parking problems associated with the hospital. I have a garage where I keep my car and I walk to and from work. I have no stressful traffic, parking and or speeding tickets, and no gas costs. The rent is a bit on the high side however u get what u pay for. As for me I save in gas, childcare, lunch money and tickets so I think I actually save money by living here as opposed to somewhere further where I might pay a bit less for my rent.
The office staff are wonderful, helpful, responsive, and understanding. It is often that u get a notice on your door for one thing or another and I suppose that could be viewed as over communicating, however I have lived in complex's where u never knew when or what was going on and management didnt bother to inform residents of anything at all. The best of all in my opinion is the heated year round pool. I have tryed to find another complex that offers that in san jose and I have yet to find it. Not even the Avalon offer's a heated YEAR ROUND, CLEAN AND WELL MAINTAINED POOL! I mean come on people this is after all California. If ur gonna pay the 9.75% sales tax shouldnt u at least be able to enjoy some of the fringe bennifits of being a californian.......
