So, ok...I move in thinking wow this is going to be great. Im finally out of my parents house...and Im out on my own...when BAM!!! 2-3 months after moving in (im being generous with the time given) they start tearing down the front portion of complex. Water being shut off at 8am until 3pm...what seems like everyday. It was everyday for 1 week and days here and there 2 weeks after the fact. Pipes being broken...hmm when can I do anything...I have to work at 4pm every day. Phone was turned off one day. Good thing I have a cell phone. If you think that is bad...try calling the lease office to speak to management about your guests car being vandalized in their parking lot. Try calling them to find out when the maintenance people are coming over to put in that new filter, yea the one they left a note on your door for about 1 week prior. Try having the maintanence people pounding on your door at 8:30 in the morning as if it is the SJPD coming over to take someone in. Have the plumber come over to fix something in the bathroom and have him talk a bunch of ---- while in the apartment and having the maintenance guy go along with him and make comments. What kind of b.s. is that''' and then they want you being happy. Well obviously the tenants care if they are paying their rent every month on the 1st. You might ask why I am doing this. I want to save people from making the same mistake I have and that is to trust La Terraza Apartments. I think the only person I got along with there and always seemed to greet me was one of the maintenance women(i believe there is only one). Her name..cant think of it right now, but she knows who she is. I signed a 15 month lease and will be so happy on July 31st when I move the h*ll out of there. So please...tell me La Terraza Apartments, what are you going to do to improve'''
