DON"T DO IT NOT WORTH IT From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/6/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   We lived in the complex for a full year and 2 months. We are glad to be moving out!!!! When Kristi was taking care of the managment of the complex she was very understanding and tried to help. However, since the new management has been taking over the complex things just became worse. Parking is a major part of the unhappiness at the complex. They will tow your vechicle supposably if you park in a white spot more than 24 hours. However, that did not last long at all. People have been in white spots for weeks at a time and nothing has been done. The water has been turned off and the heating has been turned off with out notifying us at different times of the day. My vechicle was broken into and the complex gave no concern. Our balcony was leaking last winter and the maintaince crew only puttied it and this year it leaked again. There is many fustrations staying at La Terraza and when you get home from work you want less stress not more. There are tenants that park in your reserved spot or they have their guest park in your spot and you can not tow until 24 hours. Glad to be out of this complex they would not even lower the rent with all the construction work and we one of us getting laid off. THE ONLY POSTIVE THING IS MY NEIGHTBORS WERE GREAT!!!!!!
