very bad management charges too much when you move out

we live over 2 years and when we moved out they charged a lot for cleaning and paintings.we were 2 ppl and most of the week we were out, no pets , no kids. we paid deposit when we moved in still they made use to pay extra money and never sent us final bill for 8 months and finally when we tried reaching them no one ever use to pick the phone and never returned the calls. when we moved in management said carpet cleaning is free but after we moved out they said that tenants are responsible for carpet cleaning.
poor communication betweeen office staff. they never saved our leased documents. their records always showed last 6 months of our lease period even though we gave copies of our lease documents...... i personally don't suggest as i'm facing problems with the management even after moving out for this place for more than 10 months.
Even my friends who lived in this aparntment had same problem we are having. so be very careful when you sign the lease

I HAVE LIVED HERE SINCE AUG. AND I MUST SAY THAT FELICIA IS A GREAT PERSON, SHE TREATS YOU LIKE YOU ARE A FRIEND NOT A TENANT!!!!!! THE ENTIRE OFFICE STAFF ARE VERY PERSONABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND KIND HEARTED.
