I have lived at La Terraza for over a year now. I am hapy that I picked this complex to live at, sure there are a few drawbacks living at la terraza. I cuurently live in a 2 bedroom apartment in the older part of the community. In response to the previous posting, I couldnt disagree more. The parking is only an issue because the people in the townhomes use the garage for storage and office space rather than parking the car in the garage. I have spoken to Felicia on several occasions and she has been able to help me resolve my problems. The staff is 10 times better than the previous managment that was here, I am very glad they are GONE!!!!! Who would want to be disturbed at 1 in the morning, sure the hell not me. I ahve call the security patrol and they always repsond to me, next time try calling them. AS to my lease expiring, I full entend to renew my lease because I enjoy living at this complex.

i wonder how many people in the back apartment have three cars? I see lots of people parking next to the office and walking back to the apartments, when i think (could be wrong) but there are two spots assigned for the apartments. Just a thought.
