La Terraza will do anything and say anything to get you into the apartment. That all changes, however once you become a resident. They will close off parking at least once a week for tree trimming/cleaning/carport fixing, etc. and give you a days notice. They promise the pools will be heated (an apparently they only acre about the townhome area pool, as the apartment area pool is never heated, and the Jacuzzi is never clened period! They charge you late fees when your rent is on time, and NEVER return calls. The maintenece dept makes you feel as if it is your fault something needs to be fixed. Finally, look around. For the price La Terraza is about $300 higher than places with the same amenities. I must say, that most of my neighbors are pretty nice though, and there are not a lot of screaming kids
