Everything good but management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006   My husband and I lived here for 3 years. While our first couple of years were great, the last year sucked. Our water was turned off several times without notice, managements continuous notices to enter our apartment for "repairs" with only one day notice and their major lack of returning phone calls or even answering the phone at all. Our neighbors were pleasant except for the man living below us who continually played his music loud and chain smoked on his patio which caused us to have to keep our sliding glass doors closed in order to breathe clean unpoisoned air. The apartment itself was large enough for the two of us and our pets. The grounds were kept up nicely and it was pretty quite (when no loud music was played by our one neighbor). Rent was reasonable and wasn't raised too much at the end of each lease. Parking however was horrible. Don't plan on having any guests over after 6:00pm unless they plan on hiking to your apartment.
