I like the place.

I've been living at La Terraza for about 1 1/2 years and I actually really like it. The only reason I'm moving is because we need 2 bathrooms. The only problem I've had with the apartment is the cheapness of the counter tops. They chip and crack very easily, which makes it look VERY ugly. It's happened to the kitchen counter and bathroom sink. We never pounded on it, it just eventually started cracking, then chipping. For the most part it's quiet, but there is ONE neighbor that feels its necessary to blast their music. Not a big problem though. We decided to get to know our neighbors and talked to them and we've worked out an arrangement (we settled on a schedule for the loudness) that accommodates them, and us (hey we like to party too!).
Visiting parking is terrible, but isn't too bad, due to the fact the street isn't very far from the complex (watch out for the sap trees!!!)
I feel very safe living here, and always see friendly neighbors walking their dogs or taking walks at all times of the day, and into the evening. I noticed a house was robbed one day, but that's the first and last I've heard of it. Most likely somebody they knew did it.
It's modern, clean, and the staff are friendly! Another downside is the price.. it's kind of expensive. Aside from all that, I would recommend this complex!
