****Not a great place to live with kids*** From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I moved in a year ago and fell in love with the place. My lease is almost up and cant wait to leave. First of all, parking is really bad. I can rarely have guests over because guest parking spots. The complex has 220 units and 20 guest parking spots. Maintenance staff are very friendly but the office staff are not very understanding. I have three kids all under the age of 5 and the office staff are always calling me or knocking on my door to complain about the noise. It's AWFUL! They really dont understand that kids will be kids. The only way that I would stay in this complex is if they build more guest parking spots and move me into the first floor.
