Worst apartment complex in San Jose! They robbed me for my deposit. I left it spotless and they charged me $200 for touch-up paint. What the hell'! They also charged me for carpet cleaning even though I gave them my receipt for a $100 steam cleaning that I had done. The parking is awful, just plain ridiculous!! 20 parking spots for the entire complex!!! And there are at least 300 units!! The freeway is loud, there is trash and used condoms everywhere. People sell drugs out of their apartments, and there are always parties. People break into cars almost every weekend. The office is useless, a bunch of high school dropouts who can't even call you back. Worst worst worst worst place ever!! Live in your car before you live here!!!

This person you can tell just moved out of mama's house to here welcome to the real world pal. I live here and its aprtment living hello!!!! of course there is no parking its aprtments if you want controlable parking I think you better buy a home and stop looking for affodable place's hunny!

No...this isnt apartment living. When you see cops with there guns out doing a drug bust...thats ghetto. When you see someone get murdered outside your doorstep.....thats not something you see everyday. The parking situation is understandable...but saftey should not be an issue....you should feel safe when you come home...

I have moved into the apparments Las Ventanas, And since I've lived here I have not seen any or heard of any crime let alone guns going off if someone did get killed well their goes the durg dealers =0) the building is safe they have lights everywhere the place is kept very clean I have not had my car broken into "HUMHH"
AS FAR AS THE PERSON WHO POSTED THIS PAGE, THEY PROBABLY GOT EVICTITED BECAUSE THEY WERE SLOBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't listen to these replies. I think these are the office fools that trying to say something good the Apartments. Well, this is not a place where you want to live!! The leasing office will most likely not going to help your problem when it arise. Not worth the trouble. Where was a murder a few months ago and it was all over the news. Enough said.
