Ok- lets get it the facts correct- only one person was murdered and it was not even a resident. If you read or watch the news this could happen anywhere you live not just at here. I have lived her for over 2 years and I have never had a problem with the management or my unit. I feel for people like yourself that only have negative words to say; maybe you are the one with the problem Have you paid your rent late and now you are being kicked out''' I know they have a ZERO Tolerance Policy

This person make it sound like LV is the best place to live. Do people want work out all the time? I go to the gym five out of seven times a week, so i'm pretty much in good shape myself. But I live in the third floor of third building the walking is not pleasant. I do not have children myself but I do know parents should not allowed their kids to play in the drive way or parking. Control your damn kids! This place would describe "Ghetto" in many ways.

Ok? Whats the story on this place for real? I'm a wheelchair disabled pwerson with multo health problems and easy target and must be careful where I live as a result.After reading all these complaints,not sure if I wnat to even put in an application.

This is my third year living here and all the negative stuff people say about this place is absolutly TRUE! I choose to live here because i can afford it and the location is perfect everything else and i mean everything is horrible. Maintenence, parking, crime in the area, I can go on forever...if u are interested i can even send u pics of my move out and they wanted to only give me 300 dollers of my 900 deposit. My apartment was incredibly clean too. The staff here do not communicate thus more problems and waisted time. If your broke and just need a place regardless of atmosphere this is the place but if you have room for choices and are looking for comfort and no hassle this is definately not the right place for u. You really get what you pay for in this situation.
