Las Ventanas Apartments

PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   In the middle of my first one year lease, I was looking forward to move out when the lease ends. I ended up staying longer due to financial situation. There is too many to list about Las Ventanas. This place needs to shut down. Very poor construction, poor parking and poor management(including Pacificwest management, Las Ventanas Manager). Very noisy neighbors with loud music, children running, loud tv. Neighbors not following rules from managers and staff. Neighbors trashing hall, stairs and mailbox areas. One of these maintenance taking pictures of you, whats that all about' Former managers won't let me transfer, never found out why. This place needs a lot of improvement. All the one bedrooms should have washer/dryer included. This place is too expensive for cheap quailty and no washer/dryer. The deposit is too high especially for low income. Those who have section 8 or hud or low income should pay half of the deposit. The only thing nice about this place is a lot of space in the unit. I'm stuck here, I can't move out except transfer. :-(
