Let's just say, you get what you pay for. When the rent is cheaper, you get lower class people. Besides the select 2 people I know in the complex, no one cares for anyone or thing but themselves. Parking is the pits. You'll lucky if you find one. There are a total of maybe 30 guest spots for the ENTIRE complex. Most of the apartments have more than one person living in them that is not on the lease. The office staff was never interested in assisting me when I asked for help. To my knowledge, the management has changed numerous amounts of times. The noise will never go away and be prepared to call the police for the first few months of your lease. You will need to let your fellow tenants know you mean war. As for safety, be careful when walking to and from your parking space @ night. They put in a gate the last year I was there and that was a joke. The only thing that did was cause a traffic jam since half the people living there are not on the lease to get a gate opener. So, they wait till someone opens it for them. There was two homicides when I lived there. Don't know about recently. The maintenance calls are dealt with in a timely manner. I just chalk it up to cheaper rent. I pay a lot more now, but the people here respect one another.
