The office management are racist and are on power trip. They need to be retrained on manners.

Maintenance takes long azz time to
check up on you and they never finish the job they start until you bug the management about it once AGAIN.

The walls are thin, you can hear every step and drag the people above you make. They convieniently tell you that windows are insulated or some crap (but beware, you can hear everything). Unfortunately the sliding door to the patio isn't insulated so you can hear oud music playing and everything else when you are trying to sleep in your bedroom at 11 O'clock in the night!
