Deteriorating standards

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
A nice complex overall but the experience has gone down of late.

The common areas like the lawn and hallways have dog poop and, sometimes, dogs peeing in the hallways.

Some vandals steal your paper and your shoes, if you keep them outside the door.

Other than that, the floorplans are nice.
