I was treated like crap when I moved in there and from the time I moved in I had many complaints due to the disrespectful neighbors who vandalized our door and called us names and lied to mgmt about us. We still to this day dont even know their names!!! The place had mice crap on my counters and I'm a clean person! The skank next door used to leave her trash outside her door and used to dump her garbage in the little black trash cans they USED to have by the elevators because she was too stupid to put them in the trash room!!! THe construction and street noise were unbearable. There was not a night we could leave our windows open and enjoy the fresh air. The dust from the construction was horrid. The management was rude and disrespectful. I have never been treated so poorly in all my life and it was completely undeserving. If you complain, they just tell you they will not renew your lease. We have several friends from Palmer College living here and they are all moving out and we have informed the college about the bad conditions and treatment of below market rate renters. Which we are only below market rate due to being in GRADUATE school, a place they obviously have never attended or they would not be working their stupid jobs. The management changes all the time. There are always new leasing agents, you cant keep up with the change. If that doesnt' tell you something. They discriminate against below market rate renters in a big way. You get the worst of everything. The floors are very thin you can hear everything. I was excited because it was new. That is the ONLY thing it has going for it. I do miss the new but the place is a horrible place to live. I was miserable for an entire year. The security will not help you if you call and complain too much. They are a joke!!!! The children run thru the hallways and are loud. The doors slam like a hotel. That is how I always felt, like I was living in a hotel. And the alarm systems go off all the time, every single time you open your door or window it beeps and you hear everyone else's all the time too. Its awful. It was a miserable year, I am so releived to not be there to be treated like crap from those who are under educated and lazy.
