Noise, crime, and construction make this property undesirable. The grounds are nicely maintained so it entices people to look at the property. Unfortunately, under the surface, this place is not worth living at.

Management is unresponsive to problems and hides behinds the terms of an onerous lease. Save yourself the aggravation and look elsewhere.

I completely disagree. Management is very responsive to residents needs and complaints. There are many reasons why my husband and I renewed our lease for another 9 months. The property is always kept up so beautifully, the leasing staff and maintenance is always very friendly and helpful. As, residents, every now and then we hear another resident complain and it usually comes from people who dont get their way when they expect too much. Please do not listen to the write ups of theses people who dont get their way. As for the crime...North Park is a very safe place to live. Unfortunately, you tend to have a car break in here and there, but come on...you live in a luxury community people, you have got to expect these things are going to happen! ESPECIALLY to the people who like to leave their valuables out in the open!

I have to agree with the person who posted that last response. This place was very safe and the management was great. No matter where you live you will get stuff stolen if you leave it out.
