For those who are experiencing difficulties with the Laurels Property Manager, several tenants gathered last night to discuss the options available, and it was decided to file a complaint and put a stop to her behavior which so many have described in several postings. Please address your complaint to: California Department of Consumer Affairs as well as the Santa Clara District Attorney's Office, Attention: Direct Consumer Unit. The Department of Consumer Affairs can be reached at (800) 952-5210 with any questions.It is evident that she is posting messages with the alias of BIGGEEK. Mention this in your complaint, she called one tenant "sucker". Which is what she thinks of all her tenants. I doubt that the District Attorney's Office won't frown on this. Tenants are protected around Retaliation. Look more into Citizen Complaint Act of 1997.

The apartments that I had at The Laurels were in great locations and I had no problems with construction, parking gates, or students. This didn't keep the property manager from being a complete -----.

Hey BIG DORK! The only stupid person is YOU! Everyone knows that YOU ARE THE COMMUNITY MANAGER, have some dignity and ADMIT IT. If you are a former tenant and was so in love with the experience you had, why are you not still living there? No one cares, so don't make an attempt to explain. You are offensive, vulgar and you are making everyone angry with your shoddy attempt to make it look like there is 1 happy tenant, out of like 20 who have negative things to say about YOU. I'm presumably a Laurels Property Manager? Are you really that --------stupid? I just have to laugh about how pathetic you are. I stand by my review and comments as a former Laurels tenant. You are/were probably a tenant that was stupid enough to get an apartment across from a construction zone, underneath a parking gate or near a noisy SJSU student neighbor and blame your poor choices on Laurels management. Grow up and walk it off, bitter little loser! HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! PS. Awww! Looks like some little anonymous coward is having a little MELTDOWN about my opinions! Well, they can just go fcuk themselves because it's pretty obvious that nobody else will! BWAHAHAHAHA!
