Getting better here....

I have to admit that things have been a bit dicey over the last few years. I have been here almost two years and so far the longest a member of staff has stayed has been about 6 months. This complex was once much nicer than it is now. We now have a strong contingent of dumpster divers and numerous semi-abandoned vehicles.
The general feel of the complex is nice, the maintenance staff is usually quick to respond when not tied up at the near by mega-plex. Noise is not bad. Most people complain about the airplanes, but I guess that is what you get if you have never looked at a map before, or only spent 3 minutes in the complex at a time when you were looking at it.
The majority of the neighbors are friendly and mostly professionals. Parking is tight, but again, if you are new to living in a downtown area it may be a shocker. Traffic noise on all sides is low to moderate, the all concrete exteriors and double payne windows helps with that.
Overall I would rate my experince well with the complex and the staff. I will agree with most other posters that the the dog owners are not responsible at all. There are many nice lawn areas but they are completely unusable due to dog crap everywhere.
