I will say that when we first moved in here, this place was really nice and quiet. Parking was available and the pet owners WERE considerate. Now, things are really out of control. The dog owners do not pick up their pets waste. The complex is noisy especially if you are next to a stairway. Management spends majority of the their time at the bigger resort like complex Legacy Fountain. We have homeless people searching for food in the dumpsters. We've even donate food so they would stop that. The fire alarms continuously go off. One night the fire alarm rang all night long (march 2005). We called managements emergency number like 10 times, and they never replied. Until the next morning. They told my neighbor that no one bothered to call!! How lame is that. The people are desensitized to it the ringing of the alarms. Image that. The SJ fire and police chief came around to view the property due to complaints, and they couldn't even find management in their office. Bottom line, Parking is scarce now, lawns are full of dog waste, management is never around in case of an emergency, people block other people's drive ways, fire alarm problem, etc. Needless to say, we HAD to move out because of the problems. Yay! Honestly, talk to some of the people that live there and get their advice. I wish I would have done that. Good luck. Happy searching.
