This place is horrible. We switched apartments and they took our whole deposit and left a note on our door saying we owned them an additional $300 for the extreme damage we caused (we were in the apartment for only 6 months and hadn't decorated or done anything too it). They did the same thing to our neighbors, but said the washer/dryer had a mark on it and have to replace it, our neighbor told them to give him the washer/dryer if they were replacing it, didn't ever hear back about it after that. It is absolutely insane! They are scamming people out of their deposits! Now that we have finished our lease I've been trying to get a hold of them for the past week and they won't return calls to let us know what is going on with our final inspection. BTW they also lost our lease so they didn't even realize we were moving out and not renewing! This place is a joke..Oh and the parking is awful, even if you have a garage, don't have two cars, you won't find parking anywhere.
