One thing is for sure, you won't find anything cheaper with what they offer. It is a very nice, clean complex with a great location. You can walk to the HP Pavilion (people actually park on Lenzen to walk to the arena), downtown and there are plenty of restaurants and stores right on the Alameda. The fitness room is small but good, laundry room is excellent and the pool is super nice. On the down side, the application process takes for ever and my deposit got doubled because they couldn't get ahold of one of my former land lords. The 2 bedroom apartments are huge, really and totally worth the price. I really like the place and believe me, finding a 2 bedroom for less than $1400 in a new complex with gated parking....impossible.

I have been here a year now It is a great location but the management really sucks I have a bad neigbor above me who is loud and smokes late in the evening I have complained many many times to the management but I get no results the swimming pool is so filthy as well the laundry too also the front gate people keep on slamming the door it is so loud no respect for other people living here ..It is a great place to live but we do have some bad apples living here ..and the number one complained is the management with no results period
