I've lived here for almost 2 years and have loved it until recently. The previous manager Robin and maintainence person Ramon were great! Not a day went by where i didn't see Ramon vacuuming, cleaning, repairing, etc. or see Robin in the leasing office, greeting tenants and most importantly, doing her job! Our new manager Durell is the absolute worst i have ever dealt with. She is NEVER there, doesn't act on any maintainence requests, is not organized with paperwork WHATSOEVER, and is RUDE. I don't know who hired her and why. She appears to have NO customer service skills or any knowledge of what being a leasing manager entails. I'm glad other tenants have noticed how unkept the grounds have become. There have been lights out in the garage for months (despite several requests), the call box outside has been broken for months, the stairway banisters are covered in a thick film of dust, and the elevator and trash rooms have been filthy!!! Ventana Properties needs to act on this ASAP. This is unfair to the great tenants of Lenzen Square. Other than that, i love my apartment, neighbors, and location. I just hope we get a new manager soon..before we begin to look elsewhere.

You are absolutely right about the rude manager in Lenzen. I'm thinking to moving out too

What a nightmare to live here is lately---the office is always shut and no manager is working there for many days in a week (that's against law!) and the water in the swimming pool is very dirty! The new management company that the owner hired recently is the cause of the nightmare.

Completely! The office is never open and there has been no indication of who the management company is. Getting ridiculous.
