Not recommended- Mean and retarded staffs. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/13/2002 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002   This place is very stricts from inside out of the apartments and the manager, staffs are mean, rude,retarded,dishonest, dress like school students, some skateboarding dudes and very unprofessional in everything they do at this place. leasing paperwork- we paid $45 for credit checks, went to get our last pay stubs, and bank statements. It was all they said they wanted us to show, but it was not the case when we came back and shown them all these paperworks.Everything shown great things on all of our paperwork and they want us to go get more, like go to our banks,work places, 5 previous landlords and have them all signs, put down how much money we have, earning wages, and how did we lived in the 5 previous places. The first time we have proven everything goods, and our banks shown we are capable of paying the rent for many years. I would not rent this place at first if they want me to get all these paperworks and before paying my $45 credit check. Parkinglot- My car got towed away after 1 month living here. Someone popped my car door open and stole my tag over nite, and in the morning when i about to go to work my car was gone.This is not right! there should be a 24hr notice for any cars that parked in the lot and do not have a tag show, so that i can have time to inform about my missing tag and get another one. It was their fault, and they want to charge me $50 for a tag Apartments- I checked some places inside the apartments and all kitchen cabinets edges are badly chiping off, look like there were mold existing. The bathtub bottom peeling off silicon materials really bad the first time we used it and still peeling off now. The frige is tilt left toward the oven and cooking area because one wheel on the bottom is broken. I told them about this and nothing was done. They are too cheap to replace and they just hope nobody will say anything about these apartments problems. The balcony i can not put anything or hang cloths, and we have to keep it clean at all time. However, i found out the manager live in one this complex apartment and she has plants, bicycles, and hung her underwear in her balcony. so funny' i wish i can tell this to someone to get her in trouble. All these apartments rooms have 2 to 3 times annually take a look inside by the landlord and buyers. yes! i am not kidding, once u signed the lease you will be dead meat.And they'll make it sounds very short and simple right before you about to sign the paper. There are a lot of paper to read too and if your reading take too long they will said " you going to read all that!" They always argue with me everytime i complains about something not right and it sounds like this" live and shut up!" I have spoken to one of my coworker who used to live here, also spoke to someone currently living here they all complains the same bad things about the manager, staffs, and the apartments.
