I have to agree with the rats. We've only had one rat problem, which management suggested we buy a rat trap, which we did and caught it. The grounds and pool area are well maintained and show like a model. Some of the apartments have sewer and pipe blockages which affect the connecting neighbor's downstairs bathtub and toilet. I like the Mgmt staff, Janet and Robin. They remember their tenants during most holidays with gifts and/or poolside BBQs. My biggest gripe it the thin walls and noisy neighbors from midnight to 4am on WEEKDAYS. You'll find that a number of college students live in the complex and function the loudest during those hours. Our lease is up in November 2004, and we have plans to move.
