Los Gatos Creek Apartments

Time to move From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/28/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I had a choice between Avalon and Los Gatos Creek Apts. I thought Los Gatos Creek was the best choice due to the office staff. Walking into the leasing office a lovely outgoing lady "Robin" greeted me with a smile. She answered all my questions without hesitation. As for the staff at Avalon I didn't get such a greeting. Things were great for the first year and a half. Then management changed. #1. I leave messages and get a returned call 2 days later. #2. Talking with the manager and her new assistant is like they are from the Twilite Zone. It's an unfriendly feeling. #3. Someone always seems to park in my parking space. #4. I've seen rats infront of my door. #5. The walls are so thin you could hear the neighbors having sex. #6. Security sucks. #7. My friends car was broken into when parked on Meridian. Management said there was nothing they could do. #8. The police have been on the property quite a few times. #9. Things have been stolen from my patio. Managements responce is NOTHING. I hope to cross paths with Robin when I start looking for a new place to live. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
