Yo!

Not Worth The Price!!! Just an Illusion!!!

The complex itself looks nice (fountains are nice touch) and is relatively quite. The only issues with noise you may encounter are 1) for some reason you have a problem with peace and tranquil setting

or

2) you get stuck next to a real noisy neighbor. (if this happens then that will be the only real reason to complain about noise--because it really is a quiet complex).

Unfortunetly though, the staff (with the exception of Chester) is horrendous. They will do just enough to try and cover their butts when pushed.

We could not see our apartment until we moved in. Old cabinets and appliances. That same day, a few small missing items in kitchen and throughout apartment. A few things not working properly. (Forshadowing of what was to come)

Things would constantly breakdown/malfunction and even health risks arose with water and fire hazards from stove. Usually a quick response time to "fix" but since one must constantly complain about things not working--staff begins to take negative and sarcastic attitude toward you and complaints. (warning--must send complaints in writing no matter how minor)

Swimming pool is never warmed (eventhough management says it is)only in the summertime when it is heated by sun!!

Laundry facilities are rip-offs--way too expensive to wash on site, cheaper to take elsewhere!!!

Furthermore, it seems like people are willing to put up with things not working properly since few complain even though it is later found that they too had same problem(s).

Can't get DSL, Cable intertnet, or even ATT Digital Cable at this complex!!!

All in all, I would say complex is a pretty illusion on the outside and an old outdated minor dump(with a lot of living space) on the inside. For the $1350 ($850 deposit)a month they charge, your money could go a longer way at another complex--one that would have newer (does not have to be brand new but just not old) appliances, gym, actual heated pools, no real problems with things constantly breaking down, and a low deposit!! So this place is definetly not worth the price!!!
